Before discovering 4Life, I lived as an ordinary business owner for 20 years. My life was a monotonous cycle, much like a hamster running on a wheel. Due to the nature of self-employment, I couldn’t afford to take breaks, and I was always buried in work. I had little to no time to meet with friends, and my accumulated fatigue took a toll on my health.
