Rules and Qualification Information

Independent Distributors who cancel their redemption after the program deadlines will forfeit their eligibility for rewards.
All Independent Distributors must be active and in good standing with 4Life at the time of the reward to receive the reward.
Trip rewards are for two individuals. The Independent Distributor is responsible for the cost of additional guests past the two individuals 4Life will cover.
My Rewards is non-transferable.
The value of all rewards is reported to your government tax/tariff agency as required by law.
